Guided Meditations help you to relax enough so that you can find peace & calmness in your Heart which will lead you to an inner realization of what this life is all about. Based on energy healing with Kundalini to help you find the connection to the Highest Source (or whatever term you'd like to use, i.e. God, Creator, etc.) through the Spiritual Heart. Small donations accepted for the energy healing which is done by Alumni, but not necessary.
