This group is open to everyone in Hong Kong and we are dedicated to sharing and providing a space where others may come to share and learn more about Spiritual Heart, Reiki Tummo, and Kundalini. We generally have Open Heart meditation twice a week (Wed night & Saturday afternoon) and offer Reiki Tummo energy healing every Sunday. This is where we will be coordinating our group practices and other get togethers. Attending the workshops is only the first albeit important step. We still need to practice regularly to get the full benefits. While practicing by yourself is certainly beneficial, doing it in a group will give you the opportunity to ask questions or share your experiences with others. It's also more fun! :)
