Hi guys,

how is everyone, alright ?? I hope everyone has a great long weekend....

I've been planning a lot lately a 3 to 4 week meditation retreat in nature, I'm thinking start of June and stay at Dwellingup for about 3~4 weeks....

We can all help to set up the campfire, the big metal pot for boiling water, I can bring those big plastic containers of drinking water, and the shower apparatus.... Personally I won't be eating for those 3 weeks, I'm going to do a fast.... originally it was just going to me, but I think it will be way more fun with a group dynamic.

So, I won't be doing any heavy weight lifting, just the simple stuff like the one-arm push ups, and one-leg squats, just practised often throughout the time there, that way I can still keep the strength-training, but it's nothing too strenuous.

I also plan to finally practise pranayama (all different breathing techniques), and the qigong (relaxation drills and joint mobility drills) ...... Maybe I can bring the kayak too, and a push bike, the kayak is great for first thing in the morning for the morning tranquility.

We can share philosophy, spirituality etc at night time at the campfire, or ghost stories, or whatever.

At this stage, I'm still mapping it all out, I've never really gone solo with the camping idea, but it's an excellent camping spot, very peaceful, out in the middle of nowhere, totally immersed in nature ..... I *might* be able to bring the generator too, or otherwise if someone else in the group has one; that would be great for portable floodlights around the campsite, and for cooking etc, but I try not to rely on the electricity side of it, I prefer just the beauty of nature, and getting away from it all, you know like technology, society, the cycle-of-routine etc

Yeah, it will be great to plan this together as a group ..... if anyone can help out in certain areas, I really really appreciate the help, and this is going to be a great, fantastic getaway.
