- Introduction
- Introduction to Reiki
- Meditation and Grounding Exercise
- Reiki 1 Attunement. This can be your first time receiving an attunement or a refresh of any existing attunements you may have had.
- We invite people to have a chance to be on the table for a 15 minute healing session and also to participate in the healing exchange.
