Palm Beach Gardens Reiki Meetup

This is a weekly Reiki group open to all. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that restores balance to the whole person (physical, mental, spiritual and emotional). It is based on the idea that we have a ?life force? (Chi) flowing around and through us. When one?s energy is low or blocked, one is more likely to experience stress, illness, or disease. When one?s energy is high or balanced, one is more likely to feel relaxed and the body?s own innate healing abilities are awaken and utilized for healing.
