Anyone that has ever been stressed out or in need of relaxation (isnt that everyone?) could benefit from this ancient, yet, timeless practice called Reiki.
Is for all of those interested in learning what Reiki is all about.
It is a great stress reduction and relaxation technique.
It is a simple and natural method. It is done by a trained practitioner through the light laying on of hands. The client is fully clothed, either laying down or sitting.
Although unique to each individual some common experiences are feelings of deep peace, relaxation, grounding, clarity and pain relief.
Members attending meet ups will get a chance to experience Reiki!
