This group is open to anyone with an interest in mind/body/spirit work.
Group attendees vary all the time, so come out to meet someone new with similar interests!
As a Reiki Master, Personal Trainer, and Adult Educator, I can answer many of the questions you may have around mind/body/spirit topics.
