“ This was a great day. we explored some ideas about the origins of Usui's system from 1920 to 1926, the systems called Usui Do and Usui Teate. Then we examined a Japanese perspective on the Usui Gainen (principles) from the teachings from Dave King. We did the Hatsurei Ho Meditation and received Reiju, the traditional Japanese empowerments (attunements). Then we did some work with the Reiki Technique Cards from Frans and Bronwen Steine, before a wonderful group healing session, with everyone receiving a full 10 minutes each from 5 or 6 pairs of hands at once... everyone left suitably Reikied and happy, with a 15 page colour handout of the day to contemplate later.
