- I'm the present organizer of this Meetup group, a master practitioner & teacher, & a staff member of The Reiki School + Clinic. Reiki has been a blessing in my life for over 10 yrs & I love to expand on/share that which involves this wonderfulness.
- If you are a reiki practitioner, what level/style(s) of reiki, and for how long? If you are not a practitioner, is there a particular style of reiki that interests you?

Master practitioner/teacher of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (traditional Western). Received level 1 in 1998,waited several years between levels. Love my particular school of reiki but am open to all. Also have levels 1 & 2 in Usui Reiki Ryoho (Japanese).
- What is it that drew or led you to reiki (whether to practice it, receive it, or learn more about it)?

After some unfolding, evolving, re-opening & awakening, I became very seriously interested in metaphysical studies at the age of 19, & began researching related topics online. I came across reiki, the connection was sparked, & a teacher appeared. :)
- What does reiki mean to you, or what has it done for you?

Reiki to me is walking the heart path, being in touch with my inner guidance, melting ego, being present & one with the whole, creating sacred space. It is about being of service to self & others, trust, intention, balance, ultimate love & light.
- Do you have any current practices or lifestyles connected to reiki that you would like to share (modalities, beliefs, etc.)?

My passions include life, earth, universe, energy, humankind, healing, & consciousness. My day-to-day is geared towards being present & heart-centered, aware of intention, affirming, consciously creating, weaving the web. Lightwork, dreamtime, etc.
- What would you like to see happen in this Meetup group, AND - what days/times are best for you to meet up?

To expand the Philly reiki community & share! :) Currently most evenings and weekend days work best for me. Sundays have been good. I'm flexible to the best of what my schedule allows, to be able to accomodate the schedules of other members.

The next Nativer American Meetup will be Feb 12th at 7:30 PM.
Start off with a call of our circle, prayer and reading from our ancestors.
We will have talking circle and drumming. This will be the 3rd option of where to hold monthly meets and if we want monthly meets. Come out and check out the space.
